BLE groups are not just a Bible study. BLE groups show a new way of working that will indelibly transform your thinking while inspiring you with fresh purpose. BLE groups also focus on showing practical ways to apply the Bible to everyday work within the encouraging community of other committed workplace Christians.
Whether you are interested in joining an existing BLE group or need help in starting your own group, we can help you. Types of BLE Groups
Some BLE groups are for a set duration of time (4 to 10 weeks) while others are ongoing small groups of Christians who create a BLE community within a company or organization. In some cases, a BLE group may be a committed “closed” group who require standards of participation for personal spiritual growth. In other cases, a BLE group may be “open” to whoever can join when they can for the purpose of reaching out to others. We can help you discern what is best for you.

FORGE Forum Groups
A FORGE Forum is a small group of Christian workplace leaders who are who aspire “to lead like Jesus”. FORGE Forum Groups are typical 4 to 8 Christian leaders who have impact on creating the culture of their workplace and who are committed to confidentially engage with other leaders for:
- Pursuing Christ as their Primary Teacher
- Living a Fully Integrated Spiritual Life
- Prioritizing God’s Kingdom over Personal Ambitions
- Humbly Learning from Other Workplace Leaders

Join A BLE Workplace Group
No matter where you live, BLE can provide you with the resources and training to start your own workplace Bible study group.
Integrating the powerful truths of the Bible into your work will have a profound effect on you and those you interact with in your work. It’s not uncommon for people to feel unqualified about starting a group or to have concerns how others might respond. Below are some guidelines to help you get started:
- Pray – Pray for God’s leading, timing, connections and opportunities develop.
- People First – Keep people as a priority. Think about meeting needs rather than bringing in a pre-conceived agenda or program.
- Plan – Plan for the long haul. It’s better to keep it simple and start with a few people than to try to take on too much or something that’s not sustainable.
- Perspective – Stay encouraged and allow God to do things in His timing. Sometimes just meeting with one other person and reading the Bible together for 15 minutes is a great start. After that develops, invite another and see it grow.
- Partner – We’ve been equipping Christians lead workplace groups for many years. We can help you in selecting the best resources or even possibly have one of our trained leaders walk alongside you in starting a group. We’d be honored to partner and pray with you. Email us at info@bleonline.org
