The current impact of the Great Resignation in the workplaces across our city along with a
national pandemic has created an extremely high level of purposelessness among employees
while leaving many healthcare employers exasperated and customers under-served.

Amid great societal upheaval, God looks for those
who will “stand in the gap” (Ezekiel 22:30).
Our city was founded as a mission.
We desire to be those who will stand in the gap.
