At Biblical Leadership Excellence (BLE), we believe your work is more than a job—it’s a calling. Our mission is to equip people to integrate faith and leadership so they can live out their God-given purpose in their workplace.
We envision a world where people bring biblical wisdom, integrity, and servant leadership into everyday work. By helping leaders align their faith with their influence, we believe entire organizations, sectors and communities can be impacted for Christ.
To be a community of believers equipped as effective ambassadors of Christ in the workplace living fully integrated lives.
Connecting people to God’s Greater Purpose in their work.
Living out your faith at work is often not easy. Many of us at BLE have wrestled with the same questions:
How bold should I be?
How do I disciple others at work?
How do I lead with excellence, but without compromise?
How do I deal with challenging colleagues and cultures?
How can I shape the spiritual atmosphere of my workplace?
Our team brings decades of combined experience in businesses and organizations. We understand the tensions—and we know how transformation happens when faith and work come together.
This framework provides a simple but powerful roadmap to live your faith authentically in everyday work. BLE groups, events and resources will help you to apply the 4 C’s of Faith at Work:
Learning to connect with God in the workplace.
Dedicating your work to God through prayer, Scripture, and dependence.
Empowering you to represent Christ by serving others with humility.
Walking together with other believers for encouragement and greater impact.
Across industries, churches, and communities, believers are rediscovering their purpose at work through BLE. Leaders have gained courage to live out their faith, businesses have been shaped by servant leadership, and churches have been strengthened as members integrate Sunday worship with Monday work.
BLE is led by workplace leaders, pastors, and mentors who are passionate about helping you integrate faith with leadership. Each of us has lived the challenges of following Christ in the workplace—and each of us is committed to equipping you with the tools and support you need.

You don’t have to figure this out on your own. Thousands of believers are finding their voice and influence at work through BLE. Together, we’re building a movement of leaders who live with purpose and bring light into the workplace.
In January 1984 four men in San Antonio, Texas discovered how practically the Bible related to their careers. Through discussions and times of prayer, a vision came to life desiring to impact their city for Christ through the marketplace. They started writing studies focusing on the “The Effective Christian Career” and assembled a group of ten men in pursuit of this vision.
By the end of that year 21 people had been involved with many more waiting to get into a group. Due to the marketplace interest, BLE was officially founded on May 20th 1985. Since then, the ministry has expanded across the United States and abroad.
BLE has run innumerable studies and seminars and influenced thousands of individuals in their walk with God through mentoring and marketplace discipleship.
No! We believe that everybody has the opportunity to lead change in their workplace. Whether you’re an employee, a manager, an executive, the owner of a business or a young person who aspires to leadership - everybody has the capacity to take responsibility, to have influence or to pray.
God calls his people to be salt and light - to intentionally influence people and places, including our workplaces. However, our influencing should be distinctive and our great model for leadership is Jesus - the servant-leader, the Lion and the Lamb.
This is why the BLE logo is an inverted pyramid, because Jesus said that Christian leaders should be the servants of all. When we seek to imitate Jesus, and when we understand that leadership is a process we are in rather than a point we are supposed to reach, we can see more of his Kingdom come in and through our work.

No, it is certainly not illegal to meet in a workplace for religious purposes. An employer is not obligated to provide space for meetings and if an employer does provide space or time for employees to meet, they cannot discriminate against other religious groups desiring the same. Any reservation of workplace space should first be obtained by the appropriate organizations leadership. For more information on this topic download:
